Recruiting Women to Lead Restaurant OperationsISH and KFC India invite women
professionals to train, upskill and become leaders in the dynamic F&B
industry. Begin your journey by enrolling in the 11-month Management Development
Programme at ISH, followed by joining KFC India as an Area
Coach.
This initiative by KFC and ISH
would build a cohort of women leaders by sharpening their operations know how,
business and financial acumen and leadership skills. Subsequent to the
training, they will take up operational leadership positions within the KFC
ecosystem in India.
Students of the Management
Development Programme at ISH will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of
the course. The programme consists of classroom learning, industry interactions
and case studies, and will help equip young professionals with skills that the
workforce of the future requires.

students into passionate and skilled service professionals. Upon completion,
graduates will hold a professional profile and thorough industry understanding
to ensure a rewarding and fruitful career trajectory with clear, mapped out

Eligibility
Criteria
Working professionals with 3-4 years of service operations
experience, who have successfully completed their Bachelor’s degree with a
minimum of 55% aggregate from a university that is recognized by UGC
(University Grants Commission) India.

Financial SponsorshipDeserving
candidates will be offered financial assistance on the basis of merit and need.
Fifty percent of the ISH programme fee will be reimbursed back to candidates
upon successful completion of the programme over a course of two years of employment
with KFC.
Student Support Agreement
(SSA)For deserving candidates, ISH operates a financial aid programme termed SSA. In select cases, ISH agrees to defer deposit of the programme fee, and enables students to deposit the fee once they start earning, upon gaining employment, through equated monthly instalments.
